Use cold water at the end of washing

One of these mistakes is washing your hair with very hot water, as high water temperatures can stimulate the production of sebaceous glands. On the other hand, if the water is cold, it will not remove dirt as effectively.

The idea that it’s bad to always use the same shampoo because your hair gets used to it is a myth. So you only need to change your shampoo when you notice that your hair is starting to look duller, less shiny, or your scalp is uncomfortable.
